Travelog Australia 2015: Travel Summary

I think it's time to start writing on my most recent trip, Melbourne & Red Center, Australia. If I don't force myself, I won't ever write.

Initially, this was supposed to be a trip for me and my friend, Nadiah but another of our friend decided to join last minute, Zikri. Yes, it's during 2015 Ramadhan but we planned the trip on this date due to the ticket price, season (late Winter) and the need to not think of what to eat frequently hahaha.

When we bought the ticket, it was from KUL to Adelaide but AAX decided to stop flying into Adelaide, hence we decided to go earlier and changed the departing city to Melbourne. This way, we could spend some time in Melbourne before going to Adelaide since both of my friends had never been to Australia before.

So here's the original plan for our trip. Note the word ORIGINAL. Being backpackers and unexpected events, we changed as we go and had a huge haul for the 2nd half of our trip.

Main city we're going were Melbourne, Adelaide & Sydney.

24th June: KUL to Melbourne
25th June: Great Ocean Road (GOR), Skydeck
26th June: Vic Market, Royal Arcade, Hosier Lane, Phillips Island, Melbourne CBD
27th June: Melbourne to Adelaide, Adelaide CBD 

RED CENTER
28th June: Adelaide to Coober Peddys
29th June: Coober Peddys to Alice Springs
30th June-1st July: Alice Springs to Ayer Rocks
2nd July: Ayer Rocks to Port Augusta
3rd July: Port Augusta to Adelaide, to Sydney, CBD

4th July: Sandboarding, Port Stephans.  Circular Quay, Opera House
5th July: Sydney Skydivers, Blue Mountain
6th July: Sydney CBD
7th July: Sydney to KUL

I will start writing according to the plan, when I'm not really sure LOL.

buaya kt sini aku mksdkn encik Crocs. setelah sekian lame aku tgk my 1st kasut Crocs tsadai kt rak kasut tu, rse why not bsuhkn dier kn. and pastu leh msuk kotak utk shipping trus hehe (skang ni mood ngemas dh ader, tpi ruang nk buh kotak2 tu xde plak. jd slow2 pack).


so time mandi td, bwk la skali encik Crocs tu msuk toilet shower. kt pamplet how to Crocs tu dier ckp 'rinse with cold water and soap'. tpi sbb aku ni xsuke mandi air sejuk (ecece ngade. mentang2 kt sini air panas 24 jam) maka Crocs tu pn mndi air panas skali ngan aku. ngan buih2 sabun tu dlu, aku 'sental' gune berus yg bese org gune utk sental 'adik2' zmn kt sekolah dlu. bkn mesin basuh yek.


jd skang setelah dier berubah wajah dr kelabu-asap ke kelabu-putih, skang tgh sibuk sun-bathing kt balcony wlpn cuaca mendung. blasah la, asal leh kering huhuhu.

skang encik Crocs tu dh pkai blik Jibbitz dier, suci murni kt rak kasut. cm baru mek dr kedai je.


ni ader mmbr terbaru dier. so far bru pkai xsmpai 5 kali. pkai di ari panas jek dan xujan hehe. syg lg lerr...

i hv tonnes of clothes. i've lost weight since i came here, hence the excuse of buying more and more clothing. although i've made a pledge not to buy any more, i've surrendered to temptation. just buying that extra 1 was enough to satisfy.


but here's the catch. when i buy 1 shirt, i hv to make space for it. so then, i thought of getting rid of the old old shirt which i have for ages (like 3-4 yrs. yes, i still do hv some) or those that look really really old due to over-used.


so far, i've only managed to find 1 for every time i tried sorting and clearing up. and that old over-used shirts will still be on the shelf. ALWAYS. why? simply coz i love wearing them. they're like the most comfortable shirts to wear. and they're long sleeves, and black. no need to iron. no need to match. no need to wear layers.


as for the other shirts i hv.. mm... i dunno.. usually i'll said to myself that they're too fashionable to wear to go to uni. or man, i hv to iron the scarf i need to wear to match with them. (that's why with the black shirt. i could wear  scarfs that are of crumpled type)


argghh!!! i definitely have to throw to worn ones out when i'm packing back..


* it's ironic. i always complaint to dear that he's been wearing the same shirt over and over again when i, myself is doing the same thing and he never said a word huhu~

bru je tringin nk pkai kasut baru esok.. tpi cancel ble tgk weather forecast yg esoknyer temp range is 19-14 degrees. memandangkn esok kelas abes at 6pm and 6pm tu dh gelap, 14 degrees tu not suitable la jwbnyer utk pkai kasut 'lubang-lubang' tu....


nmpknyer arini je sempat pkai slipar g uni.. esok back to shoes..

How I interpret this is == 

when i walk to uni tmrw morning around 10.30am, the weather will be warm and i only need a layer of shirt with a thong. but on my way back after class at 9.00pm, i would need an additional sweater and a fleece. and wearing shoes would be an advantage.
