this season didnt' really focused on losing weight.
3kg in 6weeks.

instead, i kind of go crazy in signing up all these fitness classes
(ok, just 1 crossfit class)
Believe it or not,
even for the Kinabalu climb at the end of the year.
i guess now it's all fitness. My weight is pretty much static (plateau??)
so i need to vary my exercise.
